Prices are in the currency stated on the quotation or invoice and exclude taxes, duties and delivery charges unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are as set out in the invoice or supply agreement.
5. Delivery, Returns and Product Quality
Delivery times are estimates. Defective or damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and the order or invoice number. For hygiene reasons, opened hygiene and healthcare products cannot be returned unless defective.
6. Intellectual Property
All Website content, including the DET Industries name, logos, product brands, text, images and designs, belongs to DET Industries Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not use it without our prior written permission.
